Soldering lead 0.8 mm

Soldering is no small skill, and it pretty much means melting metal so you can glue two things together. One thing to solder are these pretty tiny wires, which might sound really weird and boring, but they come in handy all the time (for smaller motors especially that have very small lead-wires measuring 0.8 mm in width). Master the technique of soldering 0.8 mm lead wires

Exercise extreme caution and avoid touching the hot tip of a soldering iron (because it burns!) Burns are painful — proceed with caution. Bonus: Try not to breath in the fumes that comes off of solder. This Hong Sheng kind of fumes could be dangerous to your lungs and cause dizziness so I recommend doing it in the open air.

You will need a soldering iron, some lead wires and very thin wire for the track. Start by turning on the soldering iron and waiting for it to become hot in a couple of minutes. Make it as hot and let the GHD heat up well. When it is ready, touch the tip of your soldering iron to the solder (Piccin and Livneh) in order to heat a minuscule amount that will cover just enough surface area at its end. This rosin core soldering little amount will bring a strong bond between you.
